Hey Butter !!!!!! The process is just as Piano stated...from what I'm seeing some DACA recipients are applying for AP so as to leave and come back with an I-94 to fix the EWI....

Not always,It is possible to be issued a full 10 year green card if at the time of interview the marriage is more than 2 years.
