Congratulations!!! Litchfield is a very nice place to raise a family. I think that at the end what matters is to be happy with what the bank offers you and also get to the point to have your own house and pay your monthly payment and not the Landlord's. Hopefully, in the future the banks give more opportunities to DACA beneficiaries, we are also working and paying taxes as any other citizen. God bless you.
