Would my leaving at 16 (even for 2 months) disqualify me since technically I entered again after being 16? I left on a plane, and I came in through the border just showing my California ID; I was asleep coming back in.
It would be counted as a departure. You can easily prove it as such by proving you had residence in the US prior to. School records, shot records, letters to you under a us address can prove this

Well, this sucks. This would do nothing for me. My paper trail in this country started when i was already 16 years and some months old, when i entered way back in 2001.

Oh well. I have very low expectations, so i won't be surprised if this holds true. *shrugs*

This is what's frustrating to think about. It means that for example someone who entered at 15 years old, let's say exactly on December 31st of 2009, and is now somewhere around 19 years old, would be granted some kind of deferred action as opposed to someone who is ineligible for DACA and has been here maybe some 20 years or so? How is that fair?! lol

Oh dude, you just settled my heart. Phew... Damn that was close. I had no choice on leaving man. Dumb cholo said he'd shoot me just because the girl he liked was into me. I didn't even like that girl. Imagine just minding your own business and this gangster guy calls you up telling you he is going to shoot you if he sees you in school? I knew this guy too so I knew he was not joking around. I hate gangsters. grrrr!!!

I was too chill for that man. I just happened to go to a shitty school. I was forced to get into a fight (self defense and I won) at that school too. I cried myself to sleep that night because I felt so shitty for having to hit another person even if I was just defending myself.

I have records of being in the US continuously prior and after being out of the US for those 2 months, so if it counts as a simple departure, then I'll finally get relief; provided that Obama gets rid of the age cap. Oh man, I'll probably faint the moment he announces something. lol

Hell no, I hate violence lol. I'll defend myself, but I always avoid dangerous situations at all costs. I won't even go to a hip hop club haha. I go to wine bars where they play that jazz... lol. Well, from what I've been reading in the forums I should be fine even with that 2 month departure. Of course, if Obama even does anything. Damn, I should have had an anchor love baby before. lol. My baby love won't come until May.
