I am under 245i and have been waiting for a visa since 2003. Can the provisional waiver help me in any way possible? I am a bit confused so can someone clarify this provisional waiver program. I am an adult son of a naturalized US citizen. My mom applied for my but I turned 21. I already have DACA.

Ignore the above post (mine) after doing some reading I already know the answer.

So what about parents of DACA recipients? Are they eligible in this?? Please someone clarify! Thank you!

The answer is no unfortunately. It is a 100% centainty of that.
