But today i recived a letter from everything is fine but they need more proof that she really is my grandmother. What other types of proof or information have you sent out to show that they really are related to you? I though that with my birth certificate it would be enough? Since my second my mom's name if in my birth certificate and she does have the same last name as my grandmother? Thankyouu!!
Hi,

I second the idea that you should use her birth certificate to prove that she is your grandmother.

On another note, may I ask if you are doing the advance parole to adjust status? And if so, is it because you entered without inspection?

Our applications are so similar! My dad has type 2 diabetes but is losing his eye vision because of it. So, he 's having eye surgery in the upcoming months. But i'm still currently working on it. I am kinda stuck on the medical letter- What did your grandmother's letter contain, if you don't mind me asking?

It was a very simple letter made and signed by her doctor. It just has to say his full name and that he wants you to be there for his eye surgery and his condition. Thats all i send and everything went well. My application was approved in exactly one month and i already received my documnet. Im planning to travel this coming weekend. Goodluck
