There is no question this guy will do something about our 3 year work permits and he will seeing how hes butthurt that he didnt know USCIS had already started issuing 3 year "ahead" of plan. He thought the 3 year plan was suppose to take effect in february but it obviously didnt, so he got super mad about it. This article is talking about what he COULD do and we all know he will do anything to appeal to those 26 states after DACA, April 17 is the court hearing, and june 17 I think we get to find out what are the consequences of the hearing.

He might issue an order to completely make 3 year DACA invalid since technically it falls under Expanded DACA. And because eDACA was stopped, it means our cards are no good anymore. So what will USCIS do? Most likely have us reapply all over again for the 2 year DACA or simply put our DACAs in suspense until June

but who knows what he will do

What a waste of time and resources, IMHO this judge won't do anything because if you do the math re-applying people will end up with close to three years of deferred action, specially the ones approved in November. So, let's say the judge says we need to re-apply for 2 year-permits in June 17, DHS implements that at the end of June, application takes 3 months, we're talking about people receiving brand new 2 year permits in September, can you see it what I mean ?. But then again, anything is possible.

Of course that's considering we get some sort of protection while re-applyig. The good thing is that the orginal DACA doesn't seem to be going anywhere so we will still qualify for it.

Woah woah... June 17th!?? Where did you hear that? I thought the hearing was scheduled for April 17th (for the stay at least, not the actual appeal) and I thought a ruling on the stay would be done soon after April 17th. I don't know I might be wrong but just checking.
