now to answer your lazy ass questions

a big meanie bad person said that obamas November 2014 actions were mean and ugly, so said to them, "not on my watch!" and so everything relating to November was put on the no no list. And that means you dont get a 3 year card, you get a 2 year card

Although I think OP could have been better informed we should just answer it or not answer it. No one is obligated to comment on a thread. If you know the answer or have experience with the question being asked them great, no point in berating someone.

Until the court lifts the injunction (not sure if that's the right term) DACA is being reissued for 2 years. That's two years I didn't have before so I'm happy.

I was aware of the judge holding the passage of the law I just heard from others that kept saying it was for 3 years which is why I was still thinking that it was still going to be 3 not 2 but I guess not.

This post just further shows you understand little of DACA and what happened in November

Wow you people are mean.
My sister got three years on her renewal so i'd say that was a valid question.

OP, it's OK not to know, it can be quite confusing. That's why forums like this are here for.
Apparently, a LOT of renewals got three years around the end of last year and the very beginning of this year. Due to some Texas judge's racism and complete lack of sense of humanity, the extended plan for DACA (and DAPA) were put on indefinite hold. But worry you not! Obama surely will retaliate, it's just a matter of doing it right.

Honestly I would probably be happy with a 2 year right now.

Knowing this jack ass judge he might try to invalidate the 3 year ones, at least until it gets appealed.

yes, but when was he approved?

listen, the November 3 year daca thing took effect immediately so many people BEFORE this judge stopped this were getting 3 year permits (which are now at the hands of this guy) after he halted it in February, there are no more 3 year permits. TC comes here and asks why he didnt get a 3 year, this tell us hes not bother with knowing whats going around that little card that lets him work, if your job depended on it, a normal person would be up with the current news regarding that
