We along with the DACA and I130 approval we create a sort of "good guy" packet showing DHS how you deserve this. Because unless you have no objection from DHS itll be really hard to get a judge to sign it otherwise.

We have successfully reopen cases, but everyones situation is different. Good luck.
Let me tell you the following:
1) I was 11 at the time.
2) I didn't know about the hearing.
3) Even if I did how do you expect an 11 year old to travel from NY to AZ to attend the hearing?

I'm actually curious if it can be done solely using DACA because marriage to my gf right now wouldn't withstand any kind of scrutiny other than the fact a marriage license exists. I'm a really fresh graduate looking for work, and she's still a student.

Please don't take this the wrong way I don't mean it in a bad way. But you would have been released to an adult who at the time would have had to agreed to help you comply with the notice to appear. Second, the case could have been moved to the venue closer to you. The fact that you were a child could help you but the way a Judge will see is how I explained it before.

As for your marriage, don't get discourage we have had clients who are 18 yrs old living at their parents house marry and get their cases approved. So it is possible best of luck to you, your case is unfortunately not in a good venue. I hope you find someone who can help you.

How do you exactly prove legitimacy in a case like that? I'm really curious.
