I still think the FOIA is a much better choice. Reason being is that there's instances where 1 person may have two different Alien Numbers.

Ok so let me clarify things.

I had DACA approval along with a pending 1-130 petition from my USC wife when I went to court.

My court date was fresh. So I wouldn't know the process for someone with a final order of deportation,

After reading your posts, I am not even sure if I was able to solely administratively closed my removal order with DACA.

Maybe I-130 had something to do with it but as I said I am not sure.

From what I understand having a pathway to legal residency such as marrying a USC to obtain a green card is the only way for me to fully terminate my case. Can anyone verify this?
