well, the reality is that people can still spew out hate messages and nothing can be done about it, no matter how infuriating their words may be. (just as long as they don't hurt anyone right?) if you want to beat up on every single person that says things to you, then go ahead.

I don't think it's okay, just that the government shouldn't be involved. I do think that the rest of us should take an active role in condemning things like that, but I get really uneasy when the government starts controlling speech.

On the other hand, I think this game does fall into an iffy area. I think advocating violence falls into a completely different category.

And about the free speech argument that has been developing, well, I believe freespeech should not go so far. That's why it is called "free" if it wasn't then it would be called something like "you-can-only-go-so-far-speech"

I agree Juang, it's stupid and it seems like the old days when there was no caller ID and someone would call and insult you and you'd be left with that feeling like you wanted to get revenge, but you don't know from who. Well, I say "Whatever" because face it every race is made fun of one way or the other. So if it makes you feel better ping, make one of the people you think hate us Mexicans.
