Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 2

Imagine the nightmare of waiting on a DACA approval in this fiasco in the months of December and January if Trump wins in November...ouch...

Guys I was reading through old posts and apparently some people received their EAD without a notification on ELIS and case tracker. Others just got an update about their card being mailed a couple days before receiving it.

Let's hope that's the case ! I was approved Monday and my daca on Elis now said its close. And ead revert back to request has been accepted. However on case tracker it says that it is in production.

A poster from another thread experiencing the same thing said he called and a tier 2 said there was a glitch in his card production on 9/11 and it's being resolved. I think some of those that were approved later (after 12 pm pst) on 9/8 are having this issue. I will call them if I don't get a response back by early next week on ELIS inbox or have not received my card.

A couple hrs. I. Got both emails and texs stating my status changed. Logged into ELIS and status is we have produced your Permanent Resident Card. So i hope ill get it by tomorrow.

Oh cool!! So that means people approved 09/08/16 should get their EADs sometime tomorrow or this weekend. Some might not get the update on ELIS or case tracker.

Got an email response saying my card is being produced and will be mailed. If I don't get it within 30 days, they said to inquire again. YAS.

Sigh another 30 days !! Got a new job coming up at the end of this month, hope that it gets here by then.

Was it a status update or response to a inquiry.
I called & spoke to tier 2 today and she said my card is in production and I should get it in a week. I hope they dont slow down the production
