How the hell do you fight the logic behind that?

You are forgetting that for them even billions are pennies. Remember that 500,000,000 mega millions? US government spends that in less than an hour.

I have a similar situation except that her parents are not trump supporters she is just young and would like to keep it in the low for next year at least. I will wait until January possibly will try to marry her on my birthday on the 7th.

Had a removal order. Otherwise I'd be the first one out of the country on AP. Would drive up to Canada and back just to clear it.

Didn't want to trigger 212(a)(9)(A)(ii) and 212(a)(6)(B) bans as Arrabally only ruled that travel on AP doesn't trigger the 212(a)(9)(B)(i) bans, this can be extrapolated in several direction but the ruling itself only ruled on the 10 year ban for overstaying.

So then the question is:
1) Would CBP let me back.
2) Would I be allowed to adjust or not? 212(a)(9)(A)(ii) (deportation 10 year ban) can be waived with I-212, but 212(a)(6)(B) (failure to attend proceedings - 5 years) is unwaivable.

And since I'd be an arriving alien USCIS would have sole discretion in my case, so there's no appeal aside going to the second circuit court of appeals, which tends to be immigrant friendly, however if it goes to Supreme Court, then it's party lines honestly.

Shame democrats didn't get majority in the senate, keeping Scalia's seat vacant should be their first order of business (until republicans nuclear through).
