Does anyone know if a Gallbladder removal surgery for my father would be enough of a reason for AP approval? Or would it have to be something more serious?

I think since its my father on the line then it should be okay but then again gallbladder removal is a common procedure.

Any suggestions? Comments?

But this just my opinion here so don't take it to heart. The truth is not even lawyers know how uscis operates some people get approve earlier despite sending their applications late and others later despite sending them early.
It is a serious illness but not "life threatening". You become blind...

I don't think so..since my husband's case needs more evidence for a "life threatening" condition.

That's a little unfair on USCIS side to pick and chose what is life threatening. SMH! lol

I get they are both not life threatening but they are major surgeries.

smh.
