Congratulations! Yes, Ivy League schools do pay for tuition if your parents make less than $75,000-100,000 (depends on the school). Also, feel free to PM me if you have any questions about what going to an Ivy League is like-- it's a different world and it is very important to know all of the resources available to you.

Cannot get US Federal Student Aid.

You have to fill out CSS and can receive financial aid as an international student. Some Ivy league schools will still meet most of your need.

It depends on the school.

A lot of them , Harvard, Yale, Stanford, UPenn, Dartmouth are tuition free if you make under a certain amount if you are a US citizen.

Cornell , I am not sure about since they have that public / private thing going on. I think the Grad schools are private. Dunno.
