In the end, it doesn't matter how much theories and scenarios you guys debate over. It's all up to congress and their willingness to even try to fix this issue once and for all whether it be a compronise, single bill, or nothing at all because of politics.

This is the reason for the RAISE act. Most of the changing of the demographics will be largely due to immigration.
