LOL no engineering company will allow you to "work under the table." It's a huge legal risk for them.
Also, I was finishing HS when around the time DACA was implemented so I didn't need to do anything.

Also, I currently make close to 100k; no one will pay me anywhere close to that even in the lucky event I were to find someone to hire me under the table.

Yeah unless your best friend is the CEO or something, that's not happening lol.

I'm talking about a back up plan if we become illegal. I can go back to be a cook, a pizza maker, construction, electrician, waiter, run a deli, etc.

These are skills that I have as a back up and will help me make money. I may work 80 hours a week s but it will help me out.

So let me ask you again, do you not have other skills?

Anyone can make a fucking pizza lmao. No one is gonna pay me nearly 100k under the table so yea I would have not bought my car because if I dont get paid my current salary, I wont be able to afford my car payments (and insurance) every month. It's really not that hard to understand.

Don't talk to me like that. Yeah anybody can make a pizza nobody said that no one can't. It's actually being able to work 10 hours a day making pizza, making dough, helping the cook, charging customers, getting toppings, while it is a busy night that's what counts. Go and ask some ghetto ass kid from the hood to do that he will not last.

You also never said you will not get paid 100k under the table, all you said is that you would not be able to find a job to pay for a car. The fuck? That's why I said if you have any other skills. You said you're scared you would be in situation where u can't find a job.

I'm paraphrasing too so you don't come at me saying u didn't say that. Dude for real what kind of dreamer are you that you don't have skills to work under the table. Did you go straight from high school to college and got lucky with daca?

I feel sorry for you.

My skills are far above working "under the table" and doing 10 hour shifts cooking pizza. In fact, my job is spending thousands of dollars to sponsor me. The last thing you should do is feel sorry for me This might take more than a year as I need an 601 waiver, and this is a guarantee. This is why I would probably not have purchased the car in the summer.

In other words, you are fucked if we become illegal.

Good to know.
