The border is the barrier...it should not influence or take away one's protections simply because.....

I have been quite close to the border and was not stopped once by CBP.

The thing is many here are insistent on losing their due process and have the lack of understanding that if the courts due not have oversight...they give up the very appropriate ability to have justice or their case heard.

Send my DACA as an initial review,wait & see if I get a letter from them (my expiration date should of being on May)

or send my DACA as renewal.
