Humanitarian parole might be an option, however I never heard of use of it to receive it to leave US to receive treatment or do your last wishes. Usually it's done to get paroled into US to receive treatment bypassing consular problems.

I'll sound like an asshole here but if he's going to die anyways then what difference does it make. Being given 15 days basically means that he is going to die, there's no miracles to be had here.

If he wants to do a hail mary with a hospital in his country of origin then that's up to him, he can worry about coming back if/after he's cured.

If I was about to die and in desperation I knew of a miracle hospital in a different country, I am out of here. Does he really have cancer or are they just making this up so he can clear his ewi

He passed away on 4/1/2018 a very painful, sad way to go.

At least for him the struggle is over.

I see that he died, but truthfully, no snake oil salesman in Mexico was going to do anything for him other than take his money and sell him false hope anyway.

If the doctors in the US couldn't do anything for him, Mexican "doctors" sure as hell couldn't do anything. A friend of mine passed away a few years ago from another disease and she spent hundreds of thousands of dollars (mostly raised through fundraisers by family and friends) to get treatment in Mexico and it didn't do jack shit and she would have had a better quality of life had she just focused on herself here.

I’m sorry for your loss. I had someone close die of cancer a few years back. I saw her a few days before she past. No one deserves to die like that. My condolences to his family.

Wow, you are still arguing about this? The person died. May our fellow dreamer RIP. Nothing else matters.

No, I gave my opinion of it 4 days ago and stand by it. You're the one who's still arguing about it.
