This administration is so corrupt and incompetent. Shouting from the roof that immigrants regularize their status and then when they try to comply, use the law to prevent them from doing so.

Jeff Sessions is obsessed with sending people to prison. Addicts, patients, parents, children, undocumented immigrants, you name it.

Legal eagles on DAP: I wonder if Congress would be willing to re-open i245 to help those w orders but with approved petitions. Oh, but wait, Congress seems incapable of chewing gum and walking at the same time.

Deportation orders is something that only Obama didn't prioritize. People became spoiled with Obama and didn't realize this happened before Obama as well.

I mean even during Obama people were deported with deportation orders.

Application is suppose to be denied for the I-485 if that is the case. USCIS officer will state that a deportation order is beyond their jurisdiction and cannot adjudicate your petition. Case will likely be referred to court that determined the deportation order, however it would be at the discretion of the ICE officer what they want to do.

Technically, even with a deportation order, the individual could either simply walk out with the petition I-130 approved, but I-485 denied and referred to immigration or be also referred to ICE who will make a determination of what they will do at their discretion.

GC leads to citizenship or counts towards citizenship. Deosn't matter anyway...the "A**holes not for Amnesty" or Repubes and Republi"cants" are against any effort anyway.
