With the Texas suit, everyone should be sending in their renewals regardless of expiration date. I expire in 2020 and I am thinking of sending it in again

Expire on Q2 2019 as well. Sent renewal in January, bio completed early February, and still waiting for approval. Seems like they are going by expiration this time. Which means we probably won't get renewed until late 2018.

I know 9th Circuit scheduled oral argument on DACA case for May 15th, if 9th Circuit ruled against us, does it mean that we are unable to renew anymore ? Will all pending renewals be stopped ?

I expire october 2018 and i sent mine in march. Hopefully it gets approved this month. Depending on the news and how events progress I may try to send one in late 2018 or early 2019. My goal is to outlast Trumps current term.

September 2018 and early 2019 will be a big year for daca. Trump threatened to shutdown the government in September if his wall is not funded. If democrats can retake the house, it will be time for them make good on their promises. Not to mention the supreme court will also weigh in later this year or next year.

EVERYONE WHO CAN RENEW, SHOULD

I got caught once near San Diego late 2003. I was 15 years old. Also, I will be applying for the I-601A waiver in the next 2-3 months.

My lawyer said it should not be an issue at the interview, since I was a minor when it happened. Have you heard anything different? :/
