well, didn't they promise that they were going to file this lawsuit anyways? We may have forgotten about it and it may not change a whole lot with the other injunctions, so perhaps they just wanted to go through with what they promised they would do; basically just more political grandstanding.

I think I got it. I think it links back to what Durbon was saying about Texas coordinating with Trump. They pulled this stunt last year by threatening to sue right around the time the CR was being put together. Trump today said he will he demand “border security” in this year’s appropriation bill. So it’s the same ole take DACA hostage but they stepped up their game with the injunction.
