It’s in Princeton just 5 mins away from McKinney and 35 mins away from Dallas.

Your welcome!!! I hope you get to experience the home buying process. It’s a bit of a headache with everything the loan people want to see. But it’s totally worth it.

Badass! I stay like 10mins away from you then. We wanted one in McKinney also but it was a little out of our price range. Congratulations to you as well!!

I’m trying to tell people that DFW is booming big time. New houses everywhere.

My fiancee and I have discussed moving to Austin/Dallas- only thing keeping me from making that move is that Texas is not the most immigrant friendly place outside of those main cities.

Yeah dude you’d be surprised at how many of us Latinos live in the big cities. But if you were to go to a small town then they’d look at you like your an alien. Wife and I rented a cabin in a small city just outside of Austin and we had to go through a whole bunch of small towns and we stopped to get something to eat at Whataburger and man did they give us the dirtiest racist look ever. I felt them starring at me while I ate and when I would turn around sure enough they were just looking at me. So we just got up and left. But not in Dallas. Sometimes I think there are more Mexicans in Dallas then anything else.

That's exactly the same kind of feeling when I drove to visit my family in Fort Worth. Even when we stopped to get gas and coffee in the little towns I felt like they thought i was there to rob them. The worst part was getting pulled over by a trooper and being questioned for about an hour because the whole time he was convinced that I was transporting drugs just for being Hispanic and having a car with California license plates. That's one of the reasons why I wouldn't move to Texas and also the humid weather.
