they are doing it thru the congressional review act.

cant do it with any other bills.

even if there was, it still needs 60 votes... and majority leader is in charge of changing the fillibuster rules.

The senators are hoping to save the open internet rules through the Congressional Review Act, which allows Congress to veto rulings by federal agencies. Without congressional action, net neutrality supporters say it will just be a matter of time until the Office of Management and Budget approves the change and they go into effect.

I’m still doubtful of a blue wave. The Democratic Party is so divided and uninspired. Mainly because Democrats have not accomplished a single thing. Trump is running over them repeatedly, almost everyday. The trump base is so energetic, and there’s even speculation going around that Trump may win a Nobel peace prize.

Don’t rely on a blue wave.

Ah ok. I understand it would have needed 60 signatures/votes just as in the House you need 218 signatures/votes. It would have been a way around McConnell. This is all a long shot, but at least they are trying.

I don't care it gets veto'd. As long as the responsibility is put on Trump himself.

I wouldn't be surprised if the House went blue. Senate is a long shot though

Ryan insistent the DACA bill must be a bill which can be signed into law. But doesn't answer my question on why it's ok for the Hse to pass lots of other bills which don't became law yet holds DACA bill to a different standard

They are scared this bill will pass. I’m not surprised he couldn’t answer that question.

You guys don't get it. Ryan only saying this to make us think he wants to vote on the bill. In the end, he will use this as an excuse when we don't get a vote on the Bill. He has been using the same excuse forever. He wants to play both sides.

Trump will sign whatever bill his right wing overlords ok and Im sure he will have 3 different positions at all times.

Pass something. Do your job Congressmen

If Ryan wants to pass something, he better start now because everyone else got done of waiting.

If Trumpy no likey, he can veto. The Congress can actually pass something he would like. Or theres a wild idea:

TRUMP NEEDS TO STOP CHANGING POSITIONS AND NOT CAMPAIGN AGAINST BIPARTISAN PROPOSALS FOR DACA.

That, my friends , would allow Congress and the President to both allow DACA fix to pass.

Until then Im down to see what people elected to office stand.
