what kind of Deferred Action you have? do you reapply every 2 years like the rest of us?

A lawsuit between the two states technically falls into the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Not sure if that applies if the other state is attached later.

I really don't want the Supreme Court to touch this.

Why not ? The longer the suit takes the better, isn't it ? or what am I missing?

If the Supreme Court comes down on it, they'll come down heavy handed. And they'll set a precedent when it comes to immigration relief

They work like 4-5 months a year make $200k+ a year pretty solid work life balance I say + their travel to DC is reimbursed + budget for the office to have assistants and other crap.

Their assets should be taken, and they should live in subsidized section 8 housing with their minorities they claim to love so much.
