Ya'll have some terrible DMV services (for those that don't know, NC seperates licenses and registration/plates to two seperate DMV's), I have to pay extra money to get my tints tested, use credit scores for car insurances, etc...

That being said, people are generally nice here, unlike you. I teach college courses here and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. I think you are just a gross person (Your logic: "NC sends people to CA"... "I hate it when CA's come here")

The DMV is slow everywhere, but as long asyou dont have to getplates often which is everyone it cuts out on slow lines cause of plates. It makes sense.
