Thanks for any advice.
DON'T ACCEPT IT.

SAY NO.

These lenders are garbage and so full of sh*t. This makes me so angry that they're misleading Dreamers into bad loans!!!

My advice:

Stay away from traditional mortgage shops. They cater to Middle Class White people who have their lives all well put together and they don't know how to deal with people in our situation.

I was going to all these White people joints and they were pushing all kinds of bad deals on me. Demanding too much paperwork. Demanding too much proof of income. Offering me a low qualifying ceiling for a mortgage ...

Then I went to an immigrant joint and they hooked me up with an FHA and they did the paperwork in a way that made me look like I made more money than I do etc.

Now I got my house!

So yeah,

You need to go to one of those mortgage joints that cater to immigrants. You know, the ones that have all the signs in Spanish and have Spanish speaking staff.
They know how cut through the red tape and make sh*t happen for you.

There are also grants and first time home buying incentives. You should look into it. Your lender should be able to tell you which are available to you.
