Its an emergency. The United States has drawn these people to its borders. It has to clean up the mess it made. You have unaccomainged minors, sometimes alone, and there are a shit ton of criminals and villains among the caravan preying on people. It is imperative that this emergency on the border is dealt as swiftly as possible. All the government-apes tried and failed to put enough bananas together, now its time to pull the brakes on this shit-show-carnival of doom and fix the broken system.
