lmfao, Trump is kicking himself for not taking that $25B for DACA deal. Trump needs to understand that Democrats have power now, that deal is off the table. Best we can do now is $5B, lol.

Every time he listens to Miller, things don’t work out for him very well. He must be a hell of a suck up if he’s still working there.

Well, looks like in this meeting Trump and dems have shown their hands in regards to DACA.

Trump wants no permanent DACA solution and a significant increase in funding. Dems said no.

Dems have one more move but the republicans will blame them for shutting down the government for illegals:

After these bills that are being passed in the house to open government, Pelosi is going to write one with USA ACT (at least) + 5.7 billion (at least) for border security and give it to the senate. They'll dare the republican senate / Trump to not take this up as it was only 6 votes short in the senate before.

“Kushner came to the Capitol today after talks at the WH collapsed; Graham has pushed a bigger immigration deal including DACA and the border wall, something Kushner has been open to. Kushner left without taking questions“

Finally pelosi is using republican trickery. She needs to put things she wants and add minor concessions to repubs and dare them to vote against their own interests.

I shall remember this for future usage as I am widely known for the best deals in this one video game I play for one hour on a sunday after church. I just feel weird knowing that our lord and savior Jesus christ is watching me play video games.

Possible outcomes in my opinion:

1) Trump declares national emergency, takes funding from another department to fund the wall. Immediately challenged legally but gets him out of this shutdown. Whatever the outcome of that of the legal challenge, he won't care until sometime down the road.

2) Friday comes, federal workers misses their paycheck. Best case scenario for Trump on that day is SCOTUS takes on DACA case. Either will give incentive for them to talk again.

3) After funding for non-border security agencies are passed in the house, dems introduce 5.7 bil (at least) for border security and funds border security agencies with USA act (at least) and passes it to the senate. Dems would be "negotiating" via bills that passed the house and give republicans a choice to take it. They need to try to take Trump out of the negotiations.
