3rd day today. I haven't noticed any changes. My chronic nausea seems to have subsided but it's too soon to say for sure. I froze the pills just in case to destroy any eggs inside.

Many parasites can survive freezing, for example the parasites in fishes often survive short stints in the freezer.

I use it to keep track of when I initiate fasting, it then counts down, and alerts me when I've accomplished 16 hours (you can modify this to fit your needs).
