Shit aint good at all, tired of living in fucking limbo, people are heading towards their 30s and did t get to enjoy their life at all.

I think most of us saw that coming.

Dems have 2 options:
1) compromise and avoid a shutdown
2) Let shutdown happen - Trump declares a national emergency

Politically speaking, letting Trump declare an emergency plays better for dems as it splits the republicans in the senate. Once that happens, dems might be able to get a veto proof majority bill through because congress has no appetite for another long shutdown. I wonder what the bill would be but there's a small chance there's something DACA related.

I think that's why we're not hearing much compromise talk right now.

If that's the case then when are they going to fix TPS? Don't those folks have until September of this year or so? I'd figure if they try to push for a fix they'd include DACA as well.

We are almost 30 and never traveled outside the USA. I guess we will have to wait another 20 years.

They're trying to bait Republicans into offering DACA protections, but Drumpf (Miller by proxy) thinks they can get it by force and use DACA for something far more draconian in exchange.

They want SCOTUS to lay DACA to rest, this in effect neuters the Dems' leverage.
