Agreed. Registration has been closed since May, 31 2018 almost nearing a whole year. Some functions of this forum are severely outdated and are an utter waste of bandwidth with nobody contributing other than spammers. Toxic users are not being banned permanently. Overall, ain't nothing really changed.
