Fact of the matter is that he is a stellar first responder Dreamer, who's DACA was terminated arbitrarily.
Even if others renewed it doesnt mean their next renewal will be okay.

Congress needs to get off its lazy, tax wasting, war starting, budget unbalacing ass and fix this issue NOW.

I read ferminator5k's original post. Apparently, he had never received his biometrics appointment and didn't complete them. His case might be a little different.

I dont think we are being told the entire story. USCIS doesnt just end your DACA for no reason. That said, if you have done something wrong in the past 10 years they will use it against you to terminate your DACA. Still, they need a reason. If you dont want to be one of these unlucky ones just follow the rules and keep your nose clean.

First. Could't he just reapply? Assuming the application was incomplete, vital information left out, unsigned, undated, forgot to check a box, conflicting information etc. There could be a multitude of reasons, and they are at liberty to accept/deny.
Second. At what point was he denied? before biometrics? After?

DOesn't sound widespread. Either people fucked up in their applications or there is a rogue agent at USCIS taking it upon himself to deny applications. I just renewed, took a month from when I sent my renewal to when I received the new card. They are definitely going quick through application inside the 150 day mark.
