Doesn't mean too much in terms of benefits. 4th circuit is a conservative leaning court though so that's noteworthy.

The Supreme Court has been sitting on three DACA appeals for months and will presumably act on them at some point, so in that sense, the appeals court rulings probably don't make a whole lot of difference

So, once SCOTUS rules against it. Do we lose our status immediately or will they let it expire with no renewals?

So what's this mean in regards to the July 8 hearing with Hanen?

Even if Hanen rules against us nothing is going to change until the Supreme Court takes the case and makes a decision. A decision we will probably get around Spring or Summer of 2020, and that’s only if the Supreme Court decides to take the case.

That gives me some time to wait on my renewal possibly since I don't expire until April 2020. Trying to squeeze as much time as possible.

I did my biometrics today......I expire on May2020
