NEW: Supreme Court will issue more opinions on Wednesday.

Wednesday will not be the last opinion day -- that should be either Thurs or Fri. Census, partisan gerrymandering, regulatory agency deference still pending. And then we'll get one more orders list, possibly with DACA and abortion cases.

The next #SCOTUS opinions=Wed 6/26 @ 10am ET. We could get opinions then on the Census & gerrymandering. We'll get another order list, which may have something on the #DACA cases the day after the last opinions. But we don't know if the last opinions will be Wed or Thurs yet. /3

For clarification, this is not going to be a decision or ruling on DACA, it will be just a declaration of intent that they agree to hear the case and when?

I don’t see why they would take up DACA. I feel like they should of taken it already. For them to keep pushing it back could be a good sign that they might pass until after the elections.

If there were to take up the DACA case, would DACA still keep going until they issue a ruling?

That is not a guarantee, they can issue a Grant, Vacate and Remand order that will place on hold the lower court's ruling until the issue is resolved.

Remember Hanen will most likely rule in July.

Good read on DACA vs Hanen
