Ok, let's say for sake of example, SCOTUS says DACA is constitutional, what happens then? Can the Trump admin still try to kill it? Can cock-eyed Paxton still try to kill it? Does that mean infinite renewals? Does AP come back?

They are not arguing whether it is or it isn't.

DACA is most likely constitutional. So that's not the issue.

They are only arguing if it is legal to end it. (it is legal to end it since it is not a law passed by Congress)

It was legal to start DACA but it is also legal to end it.

Actually they are arguing that the way Trump ended DACA was legal or not legal. If he followed the APA.(Which he did not.)

If Trump wanted he could redo the order to end DACA the proper way and actually end it but he wants the courts to do his dirty work

How would Trump legalize DACA, exactly?

The level of stupideness this site has reached is beyond my understanding. Yet, somehow, it makes them think that they're being productive to the cause. Example? Those trolls who believe Trump will do something about this. Shit, that's exactly how he won the vote of his fan base.....By not giving a shit about immigrants.

DACA is NOT constitutional like it or not.

President CANNOT do those kind of things, CONGRESS takes care of that.

Barack Hussein Obama even said so HIMSELF.

We also cannot count on old raggedy unreliable congress to deliver a fix.As long as 90% of the country is reasonably okay, we are boned. If we aren't screwed then as a poison pill they add in TPS, or that pillar busllshit, to torpedo any chances we get anything.
United We Dream would be the ones to blame since they just cant shut the fck up.

kinda hypocritical.

then why do you continue to benefit from a program that you believe shouldn’t exist? you should discard your DACA status then.

nobody can say if its constitutional or not, only SCOTUS can do that.
