At risk of losing work authorization.
It is very unlikely the Dreamers given Daca would be removed.

Biden was totally complicit with Obama's misguided 'punishment' immigration policy. And UWD is the reason why Dreamers like @Iamaman do not have Daca to begin with.

All workers need to unite along labor organizations and demand a reasonable and prompt legalization program for the estimated 7.2 million undocumented workers which of course includes Daca and TPS recipients.

I think the power of organized labor keeps gaining momentum nationwide in the push of labor rights for all. Workers' rights for all cannot happen without immigration reform.

Keep telling yourself that.

All other deferred actions got terminated and we are the only ones standing.

Mobilize.

Daca and non-Daca dreamers shoulder some of the blame for inaction - they got complacent and believed that the establishment would solve this mess as soon as the opportunity presented itself. Wrong.

Yes, the immigration system needs reform.
Yes, we need legalization as the first step of the changes needed to transform the processes in this country. It's logical. Deal with the workers here now first. The ones who have become part of the fabric of this country. Again it's about labor rights.

After thinking about this today - if whatever support we have doesn’t approach extreme methods like this, daca would lose whatever attention draw it has left. For whatever reason the mentality here is “we must catered to the Republicans!! Let’s start with what they want and go from there” but just look where that has gotten us. Democrats also share some of the blame, they should have inspired by UWD and demanded extremely left compromises. But even after the Democrats caving in, giving trump billions in exchange for nothing. Doesn’t this just say, Republicans really not only don’t care about daca, but they don’t even want to pretend they care for daca.

Republicans are really bad people here who want everything their way with out giving anything back in return.
So exactly what’s there to do? Keep kissing their asses as many o you have done? Look where that has gotten you. If we want something to happen, Democrats, UWD and other pro daca organizations need to keep doing stuff like this.

Obviously they don’t expect citizenship for all or for ice to be abolished, they’re spout extreme demands because at the very least their message will be heard and noted.

Wearing T-shirts that read, “Defend DACA,” “Abolish ICE,” and “Citizenship for All,” the protesters from the National Korean American Service and Education Consortium, or NAKASEC, had been invited to the debate

Its not about being complacent UWD bot.
the trade for the wall wad the best chance we had, asking for stupid bs as citizenship for all and abolishing ICE, Homeland Security and the damn Pentagon is the most stupid, absurd and idiotic thing to do and basically ensures no deal is done.

Our case requires divided attention since we DO NOT know any other countries other than the US. Going back is not an option for us unlike the other groups.
