Today the Supreme Court decided Barton, written by Brett Kavanaugh (https://supremecourt.gov/opinions/19...khn.pdf…) and Maui, written by Stephen Breyer (https://supremecourt.gov/opinions/19...i36.pdf…).

The only case left from that sitting is the DACA case, DHS v. Regents.

The #DACA case is now the only undecided case left from #SCOTUS's November sitting, and, after today's decisions, the Chief Justice is the only Justice who hasn't written at least one majority opinion from that session...

And it looks like Chief Justice John Roberts will write the DACA opinion. All the other decisions from the November sitting have been assigned to other justices, and he's the only one who hasn't written one. Get excited.
