I obviously mean "earned citizenship" but not my problem you can't read between the lines (typical of you). Sad.

Fuck knows, since the case ended up as a remand it'll probably unravel down the stack to the district courts which will enter a decision.

That being said, my 4th renewal (and 5th application overall) was accepted today.

Congrats!
when did you send it and what does the current one expire?
I renewed mine last year and expires Nov 2021. I think for now and next few months we are safe, or is it still a good idea to send the renewal application asap ?

If that's the case, then we probably won't see AP application being opened up for a while?

I've mailed it out June 17th, it arrived the lockbox June 19th, and was entered for processing on June 25th.

My current one expires October 17, 2020. I admit I filed late because I forgot about it with all the shit going on with my life right now (job searching, VAWA application, etc).

So I was supposed to do biometrics like on March 27th but they cancelled all in person biometrics due to covid .. and It’s still stuck on that screen when I check status “your biometrics has been scheduled “

Has anyone else had something similar ?

They haven’t reopened the ASC (Application Support Centers) yet. But USCIS will be soon. You can check updates on the USCIS website. As far as your biometrics, they’ll send you a notice with your appointment.

You could probably mail them back the notice and attach a letter asking to proceed with old biometrics (as is their current policy).
