Well he ended up in removal proceedings which is the only way to actually be able to apply for COR. I definitely don't envy him sitting in jail for a year though and I'm surprised that they didn't manage to bail him out.

He may get a Green Card.

Most likely the government will appeal.

You guys don't know the basics of immigration law.

The only way he could get granted a GC is IF he has a father or mother OR children that are citizens/LPR.
