It seems that this is a more legally sound action.
Maybe they’re having trouble with the arguments

Your trust in congress acting on DACA is a little too high. They are having issues coming up with money for families in need during a pandemic... what makes you think that they could successfully pass divisive DACA legislation?

You're right, its definitely a very slim chance that Congress will pass anything but I just think the chances are slightly higher when there's some sort of threat to Dreamers in particular, perhaps a piecemeal law. And the question you ask me is one that should also be posed to everyone else on here...many of whom are expecting Biden to pass something within "first 100 days."

I honestly don't think anyone's fighting it. Doesn't stop anyone from suing

Exactly

Being a DACA/immigrant person doesn't mean we should accept all Democratic proposals and political talking points.

I reject Leftist ideology.

I love capitalism, sanctity of life from birth to death, low taxes, targeted limited regulations, more power to the states AND a smaller federal government. Also, strict interpretation of US Constitution of federal judges, not left wing activists that have no business making law up at the bench.

Also, I highly respect law enforcement and military. I was a victim of domestic violence and the cops enforced the law against my family.

So yeah, don't let any leftist DACA person tell you what to think or what to belief.

Only Joe Biden/DEMS/liberal media want you to think all black and latino groups/minorities are the same and behave the same.

Let the leftist snowflakes get triggered in three...two...one...GO!

If there is no pressure on Congress to act on DACA, nothing will happen.

The Trump administration offered a pathway to citizenship for us in exchange for 25 billion.

Dems just want to use us every election cycle.

Obama had TWO WHOLE YEARS of supermajorities in Congress.

Stop drinking the Dem/Leftist/fake news cool aid.

Think for yourselves.

This country has every right to enforce its laws. Thats why immigrants come here, cause the law matters.

why'd you break the law by crossing the border or overstaying your visa?
