When Biden/Harris win, first things they need to do is reinstate the regulations in the Daca/Dapa memos and shut down for profit detention.

Doing the first will screen nearly all of the undocumented population and bring significant amounts of $$ and thus help to stabilize USCIS financially.

Doing the second will eliminate taxpayer-funded human rights abuse.

I think Biden will get slaughtered in the debates by Trump. Trump plays by no rules while Biden is seen as the goody two shoes that won't stoop to Trump's level. If there's a VP debate, Harris would destroy Pence but I don't know if that's good or not for Biden.

Trump is an absolute joke as a debater but the mob eats up him lobbing insults and consider that debate.

Biden isn't a push over. Look how he handled Ryan. Don't underestimate Biden because of his age.

.
DAPA? Yeah, DAPA is the reason why DACA is in jeopardy. All the lawsuits started after DAPA.

They can call the program whichever other name; it's needed. Also, most essential undocumented workers are not Daca eligible and need to be protected.

In order to resolve that...what would be needed and is ideal is Comprehensive Immigration Reform or some kind of law that Congress needs to pass.

Yeah, no - Lets not tag anything else to DACA.

DAPA, adults who came to the US and had USC kids, are NOT the same as DACA. Wait for comprehensive reform.

Yes. Unfortunately though Comprehensive Reform is very unlikely (unless somehow Democrats can pull a filibuster proof majority).

I think reform might happen if Trump wins regardless of who has senate and house but its not going to be the liberal version that all of us have been dreaming about.

Liberal version has higher likelihood with moderate GOP on board. Again, Trump could not get anything done even with a government shutdown
