As much as ya'll don't want to hear it, I do hope the program ends so immigration reform can be addressed on a broader scale. Daca ain't it. They're not even accepting new applications and if Daca were implemented today most of ya'll would be in the same boat as older dreamers who didn't initially qualify but ya'll don't care.

Democrats always point the blame at Republicans because they're too chicken shit to do anything. Not sure why y'all think Republicans are better is beyond me when they flat us don't want us here. If it were up to them they would eliminate legal immigration too. Biden will never codify Daca because it's too controversial and mid terms are coming. After midterms it will be something else - it always is. If y'all think having Daca with the threat of it being taken away every 2 years is the answer then more power to you.

Trump was open to a deal? You mean the same Trump that made a deal and then a day later changed his mind and then added the seven pillars ensuring nothing would pass.

Trump made 2 deals that benefitted DACA recipients, one of them which was to provide funding for the wall in exchange for citizenship for DACA. Democrats rejected both 2 deals. In the end they would end up building trumps wall so trump was the best thing to ever happen to DACA recipients and democrats blew it

Without a doubt OP will celebrate if Court rules as predicted.

Bottom line, is not that easy to get rid of the program specially after these many years in place, the collateral damage that would create is reasoning enough it cannot disappear as easy as many would hope including OP.

Don't care. DACA is not going anywhere. It will be in place forever.

Exactly! People think we’re untouchable and Congress will save us right away when they can’t even save woman’s rights who actually vote in the elections. To them were nothing. Schumer even has said that “We can’t occupy the entire stage”
