The country needs workers and is on a collision course to have more deaths than births like Japan. A country with a notably stagnant economy. If Boomers want someone to be around to pay their Social Security and various other bennies they're gonna have to open the doors to the country. There is no way around it and anyone who says otherwise is a fool.

Strait from the mouth of a republican. The enormity of the problem of the federal debt is so large that people can no longer grasp it reliably.

Even mass deportations won't fix the problem. but but duh illegulz!!

I have more depressing videos for the few who want to grasp at the real problem. A lot of this is filler problems from the root cause.

But I don't think this audience in here can actually digest them without breaking. Most people can't. I couldn't until my 5th watch. Essentially, the cheap energy has already been extracted and the ROI is causing the energy available to not be worth the investment and then there are effects stemming from this to the ecological systems, financial systems, political systems.

Its all one big house of cards and its blood is energy.
the solution is immigration specially for the birth rates issue, i also think the dismantling of departments are part of a greater plan. if Trump manages to pull off an immigration reform i guess he would have massive support and republicans could have a chance to win 2028. who ever wins 2028 will start to make/resurrect those deleted departments from scratch and shape the country entirely.

And it starts….

No doubt 100% for sure they are prepping for some sort of legalization legislation. They needed those harsh ICE raids targeting the bad guys to show to the supporters and justify for some broader legislation. Paul is a big ally of Trumpy. A massive deal may be brewing and this time around Dems know they must cooperate and big time orgs like UWD will finally stand no chance! What they should do is go round up UWD sympathizers if they start protesting and deport their asses!

A merit/stem based immigration system is absolutely necessary. China legit just had it's sputnik moment with that deepseek AI. Their economy is so big that they shrugged off the tariffs.

Unlike here in the states, every single CCP member has to pass a national civil service exam. Each one comes from engineering or technical backgrounds. In the US, only a big wallet, mouth, and a lawyer degree is needed.

At open AI comically they complain that deep seek was trained off their model, but they themselves stole from the internet and trained off copywritten martial. Now the internet is all shat up with AI and comically, no longer fit for training new AI. OmegaLuL

China is even moving quickly on the US in drug discovery and innovation. They do a lot of medical rent seeking, but over in China as soon as a new medicine comes out in the US they're trying to leapfrog it with better efficacy, lower side effects, etc.

Look at China's dominance in the tech space with TikTok. Hilariously, the government had the agility of a cat when it comes to banning TikTok. Rumors abound that it was to censor reporting on what's going on in Gaza. The government can move fast, it just doesn't care that much about us. Apparently, radical Islam makes it agile.

Have you seen some Chinese cities? Look at how futuristic chongqing looks. They have a subway going through a building. They have skyscrapers that lead out to courtyards to other skyscrapers. The city is a maze of complexity.

People think New York is big. China has 14 new York sized cities with half of those being at least twice as big.

Instead of wasting money on war fighting and entitlements the Chinese built up their infrastructure to incredible levels.

There is simply no room for the US to continue to get caught lacking and asleep. They will very soon have more war material and better of it if the situation isn't fixed. And all this mass deportation, racism, low wage thinking isn't going to help. Because while the US is involved in the latest outrage of the week, China is using its strengths in asymmetric warfare. Instead of taking on the US where it is strong, they look for where it's weak.

This photo doesn't do chongqing justice. It can only be appreciated by video.

Very simply the US has trained and educated its own competition because they make it hard for people to stay with those student visas.

Republicans only like Indians when they are useful to them, otherwise they want them gone as seen with the whole H1B debacle.

Heard ACLU and partners suing soon for all with pending and paid for family petitions to be protected from removal.

Makes sense.

Lots of immigrants in limbo because of the backlogs which are stupid. You are eligible for a petition, file, pay, the government keeps the money; they need to allocate the visa.

The whole system needs reform.

Edit: government, not 'game'.
