Just asked FETTERMAN if he had heard back from Trump re: their January convo at Mar-a-algo about Dreamers.

"Leave me alone!" the senator exclaimed.

Fetterman's wife, Gisele, was a Dreamer from Brazil.

Typical Democratic response. I can't decide what's worse, this or when Schumer said "We can't let Dreamers occupy the entire stage."

Sometime after they do the budget they will address immigration. Though it's going to get spicy between now and then because they're seeking funding for mass deportations along with the budget. We will see what happens.
My brother in Christ. You are "the people that should have never been here to begin with". Also truth to the matter is that to republicans control of the border means landmines and automated turrets and broken immigration system means that they didn't get to deport you all yet and that US signed the refugee convention back in 1954.

Like seriously, those assholes have had it too good on the border if people queuing up in an orderly fashion to make their asylum claim are causing so much seething. We need another Don Chapo, give those crybabies something to actually cry about

My title is a little editorialized, but it should address immigration. If/ when they get to it. Whether we will survive or even be included is all up in the air. I think everyone should calm down and just wait and see. It's just one senator so far. Let more news trickle out.

Cost of living still hasn't gone down like it was supposed to on day one. So many were stupidly cheering and gloating stupidly. So many federal workers cut by their own vote.

I'm surprised they didn't go with as deep of cuts required at the DoD arguably the place that needs to be cut the most or at least audited.

I think that excessive pride starts a downfall process. It's a negative luck attracting status. Especially if you had nothing to do with the original event.

Same with trying to punish others with a vote. More often than not it just causes more harm than good, lots of collateral damage. Just look at brexit. Tried to punish foreigners. Became foreign in the EU. Oops.

So much pride there but the EU doesn't want anything to do with them. Got thrown out like a dog lmfao. Such a a sad ending for once the greatest power in the world owning 25% of the land.

I caution against reading too much into this. Turns out his staffers keep bailing on him. It isn't a good look.
