I get the sense that this dude is a VERY complacent person.

Just does stuff willy-nilly.

FAFO.

H1B should be cancelled as a pathway. Its been abused and I've seen it first hand much to my own amusement. I think once youve lived here in lawful status for 10 years it should enable you to apply for permanent residency. This whole wait 25+ years is absolute insanity. Only a derranged mind would say yes thats acceptable.

In my opinion, for family petitions they should be auctioned off that way the most productive/efficient can be prioritized over someone's aunt that just comes for bennies and will never learn English. In addition, C1/C2 CEFR Language proficiency in English as well because you otherwise can't make good use of your residency.

The money can be used for border security, system modernization, paperwork reduction, etc all things to help streamline the process. Not only that but also jobs and training programs for citizens as well.

But ultimately, for DACA I think Trump will have us in a very good position. And I think its such a shame that Democrats just couldn't bring the win home. Oh well. Supporting incumbents over new people with fresh ideas has bit them hard. Systems need new people to avoid stagnation.

So this dude's case was reopened in absentia and ruled by a judge in absentia.

Holy shit.

I think we all need to FOIA all of your immigration files ASAP.

That should put less fear for those with DACA that want to do an AP, the administration corrected the error and honored the AP!
