You're not reading what we're saying. If by CR you mean conditional residency, we can't get it unless DREAM passes... that's the whole point of the DREAM Act.

no that was my mistake it was a typo

I meant to say "so if it does get enacted"..i dont know why i said if it doesNT.. sorry

i obviously know that if it DOESNT get enacted we don't get anything at all..
