Which brings up a complete other issue as well, I have google maps on my phone and I prefer using the app over wasting ink and killing trees just to print out some directions. But how would cops know what I was actually doing if they catch me fiddling with my phone at a red light? Not like you could fight the ticket either, the judge will always side with the cop who merely has to lie that he actually saw you texting. This would just open up a whole nother bag o worms.
