Sadly, there is a really valid reason why we are fighting for the Dream Act in the first place. Being undocumented is like being asfixiated only for existing and choosing family and country over freedom.

I was looking at a news brief send by clinic and said that ICE was going to shift their efforts on punishing employers rather workers. ICE also plans to change their priority, from lettuce pickers and Dreamers who are easy to target, to criminals and terrorist which are hard to find. After reading that little news brief, I proceed to bang my head agains the wall so that if someone wonder whatever happened to my brain cells, my mother could at least say that my head was bang against a wall.

Yes, as they died, those million of little brain cells made little screams of horror as their little lives ended due by stupid policy.

What about the following 2 cases?

- Valid unexpired DL, but with red letters stating "Temp visitor status expired XX-XX-XXXX(this date has already expired)" stamped on it.

- Valid recently renewed foreign passport with no visa in it.

Both are bad. The TSA sometimes check visas in foreign passports and a driver's license that said that you are out of status is a terrible idea.

It wasn't always like that but now the TSA started doing the job of immigration.

Don't fly with no visa. Don't take the risk when you can wait.
