You are forgetting that in their eyes every Mexican is an illegal immigrant and vice versa. For them it is an invasion on the American culture. Legal or not, underneath it all they absolutely do not care as long as you are not celebrating culture that is other than American. That is why they consciencely label Mexicans as illegal immigrants, so they have an argument against the Mexican culture in this country.

Concequently, they are already fighting a loosing battle, because ignorance never prevails.
