same here, I was legit driving on an expired license just to get to work, my card is coming tomorrow according to UPS, I can't wait to renew my license on monday or tuesday!

I'm in PA, but every state is the same for this one and no you don't need to retake any tests to renew your license. Just go in and fill out the form to renew it and pay the fee, they'll give you the temporary one until you receive the new license in the mail. Easy/fast process!
